OVERVIEW
Expressions of Interest are sought for appointment to the board of Eden Tourism Incorporated for a term of 1 year.
Eden Tourism Inc. is the peak tourism body for Eden.
Skills/experience sought in this round include tourism industry experience (particularly eco-tourism and cultural tourism), strategic planning, marketing, government & stakeholder engagement, and human resources / staff management.
Board Positions are voluntary.
Closing Date: 5pm Monday 10th March 2025
Proposed Appointment Date: Wednesday 12th March
ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Eden Tourism Incorporated is the peak tourism organisation for Eden. It is an incorporated not-for-profit association established in 2015 with a strong membership base.
The primary tasks of the organisation are to oversee Cruise Eden and the Eden Visitor Information Centre as well as drive tourism to the town of Eden and its surrounds.
The organisation is highly regarded within the tourism industry sector and has won various awards at a state level in recent years including Silver for Eden in the NSW Top Tourism Town Awards.
